Welcome Westward 360!

Starting June 1st, Westward 360 will begin management of the Newport Village Condominium Association (COA). Check your May 25th mail for details, including how to login the portal for bill payment and general questions.

Because of the on-boarding process, the June 4th annual meeting will be delayed. Details on the date and time will be announced shortly.

Westward 360 offers more ways to pay assessment fees. Automatic payments, one-time payments (with a convenience fee) and mail in payments will all be available. Because W360 banks in Carol Stream, COA owners now have the added convenience of mail drop-off. More details will follow. Assessment late fees will also be waived in June and July during this transition.
